Your order will go into manufacturing as soon as it's received and will typically be manufactured and shipped out within 3 - 5 days. Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 business days to the US after it has shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?
If we made a mistake during the production of your pet tag such as incorrect printed information, or if the pet tag arrived damaged, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Simply take pictures of the tag and send it to our email at hello@thebarkingmutt.com within 3 days of receiving the tag and we will handle the rest.
