Return & Refund Policy
What’s your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that arrived damaged, a wrong product was delivered, or if an error was made on our end. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you would need to share proof through pictures or a video displaying either the product arrived damaged, a wrong product was delivered, or a mistake was made on our end.

Please note that if you request cancellation before and after an order is shipped, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Custom products, such as pet tags, are non-returnable. This is because each product is individually hand-made. Please note, we print exactly the way the information is presented to us. If there is a mistake on our end, we'll be happy to send a replacement for free!
What is the Refund Policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then you refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Again, refunds are available to customers that received damaged items, incorrect items, or if our team made a mistake on the order. If this applies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of damaged items within 30 days after delivery, and we’ll sort that out for you. Alternatively, we can also offer free exchanges if buyer prefers an exchange instead. Please note, items need to remain unused and unopened for refunds/returns to be approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after it is approved, please first check with your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What is your Lifetime Warranty for custom dog harness?
We offer 1 replacement of our custom dog harness anytime if the harness is damaged from normal wear and tear.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Exchanges are offered to customers that received an incorrect size or color. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a full refund!
To return your product, please contact us so we can provide you with the return instructions to return your product. If the product needs to be returned due to it being damaged, or a wrong product was delivered, or if it was a mistake made on our end, we will provide a free return shipping label at no cost to you.
