When will I get my order?
Your order will go into manufacturing as soon as it's received and will typically be manufactured and shipped out within 3 - 5 days. Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 business days to the US after it has shipped.
What are the dimensions of the driver license tags?
The tag measures 1.77" length by 1.34" width. This makes the tag great for dogs and cats of all sizes. Even the smaller pets can proudly wear our tags!
What are the tags made from?
Each tag is printed on a metal-core material and then concealed with a high-vibrancy, color-enhancing, premium-grade coating.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If we made a mistake during the production of your pet tag such as incorrect printed information, or if the pet tag arrived damaged, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Simply take pictures of the tag and send it to our email at hello@thebarkingmutt.com within 3 days of receiving the tag and we will handle the rest.
